He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John A Ouellette Sr. and Sylvia P. Ouellette (Clark); his daughter-in-law Lynn Ouellette; his children, Brian, J. R. Ouellette, Danna Laurie, Mikel Conway, Alyssa Hancock, Beth Provett and Joseph Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Alison, Galen, Benjamin, Daniel, Bailey, Brittany, Caleb, Robert, Laura, Allysandra and Joseph.

The family asks that memorial donations be made to The Humane Society of Manatee.
