He was predeceased by: his wife Kristie A. Clepper; his mother Sara Brayton; and his siblings, Robert Fisher, Janice Simpkins and Mary Biesbrook.
He is survived by: his son Kristopher D. Clepper (Monica); his grandchildren, Michael (Megan) and Celina Clepper; his brothers, Larry, Leonard and Randy Fisher; and his uncle Donald Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Don Catchen and Son Funeral Homes (3525 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018). A masonic service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 8:45 PM at the Don Catchen & Sons Funeral Home (3525 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Oak Hills Cemetery (11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246).
