He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Reining and Vivian Reining (Hunt); and his grandson Phillip Manning. He is survived by: his wife Diane Reining (Collings); his children, Michelle L. Manning (Nathan) and Charles J. Reining (Viktoriya Shevchenko); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Rebekah, Caleb and Annette; and his sister Joyce Moore (Dick).
