We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2019, Jacquelyn West (Bradenton, Florida), born in Mason, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, David Alpheus Frost, Betty Jean Hawk and Helen Lenore Heaton. She is survived by: her husband Chuck of Bradenton, FL; her sons, Michael Drew White of Sarasota, FL and Jonathan Seth White (Megan); and her siblings, Harley ''Buzz'' Saylor (Candy) of Palm Springs, CA, Ruth Paulsen (George) of Ashland, OH and Shirley Lindal of St. Augustine, FL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice, Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34238.
