She was predeceased by: her husband John Bultman; her son Leon Bultman; her grandson Christopher Bultman; her parents, Peter Dyken and Grace Van Dyken; and her siblings, Henry, John, Allen, Gerald, Peter, James Van Dyken, Theresa Vander Kooi and Karen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bultman, Barry Bultman (Patricia) and Sean Bultman (Cynthia); her daughter-in-law Patsie Bultman; and her siblings, Gertrude Terborg, Laverne White and Dale Van Dyken. She is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
