He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Cathy Ann Lewis; his siblings, Robert Lewis (Bobby) and Mary Lee Dixon; and his brother-in-law Don Dixon.
He is survived by: his sister Ruth Ann Williamson of Cincinnati, Ohio; his children, Bonnie Grieves (Warren) of Batesville, Robert Lewis of Bradenton and Amy Terry (David) of Vinton, Virginia; his grandchildren, Christina Whipkey, Will Potts, Ashley Fink, Christopher Lewis and Brandon Wittmann; his stepgrandchildren, Mark, Matt and Jennifer Grieves; his nieces, Vicki Olberding and Debbie Caylor; his nephew David Williamson; and his great-nephew Bill Tuck. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
