He is survived by: his wife Virgencita T. Cedro of Bradenton; his siblings, Maria Averilla (Cedro), Arlene Cedro and Manuel Cedro; his daughter Marrianne Cedro; his son-in-law Kenneth Williams of Laurel, MD; his son Alexis Cedro; his daughter-in-law Lorelei Mejorada Cedro of Danville, CA; and his grandchildren, Ronin Cedro Williams of Laurel, MD and Amalia Kinsley Cedro of Danville, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
