She was predeceased by: her friend Donald Holsinger; and her parents, Matthew Radakowitz and Mary Radakowitz. She is survived by: her son Larry (Pam); her grandson Tom (Stephanie); her great grandchild Thomas; and her granddaughter Amy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
