She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Brua and Jean Brua; her brother Robert; and her daughters, Elizabeth, Victoria and Laurie. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

The family requests that no flowers be purchased or sent. However, they would encourage donations to be made via Alzheimer's Association, alz.org, in memory of Dorothy Fraser.
