She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Yanulavich and Nora Kellogg Yanulavich; her siblings, Alex "Sandy" and Marilyn; her siblings-in-law, Harold "Hal" Alexander, Jack Williams and Laurie Cooper; and her parents-in-law, Josephine "Grandma-Joe", Robbert "Poppa-Bob" Cooper and Alex A Czyzewski.
She is survived by: her husband Paul A. Czyzewski; her children, Joe Corral (Becky) and Carol Lynn Polhemus (Thomas Morley); her grandchildren, Kayla, Chelsea, Hanna and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Milo, Montie and Gracie; her siblings, Bryan Yanulavich (Teresa), Frank Yanulavich, Kevin Broderick (Rhea) and Phyllis Williams; and her brothers-in-law, Bobby Cooper and James "Jim-John" Moody (Kay). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
