“Connie was Grandma Connie to me as she was married to my grandfather, Col. K.W. Foster who preceded her in death. She was interesting, spirited, multi talented and a much love member of my family. I wish that someone had reached out to inform me of her illness and passing. Yes, this is a late response, but in spite of knowing of her death for almost 2 years now, I wanted someone...somewhere to know that I cared and that I loved my Grandma Connie.
