He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Kuiper (Jolliffe); his sons, David (Lyndi) and Richard (Celine); his stepdaughters, Kathryn Sack (Bill), Linda Powers (Steve) and Eva Solick (Mark); his grandchildren, Erin Termolen (Kuiper), Jason Kuiper (Amanda), Lisa VanderWerff (Joe), Jackie Danhof (Brett), Jerry Powers, Janie Romero (Michael Romero) and Nicholas Solick; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Emma Termolen, Michaela, Louis VanderWerff, Natalie, Andrea Whalen, Maddie, Khloe Danhof, Bradford Romero and Taylor Kuiper.
