He was predeceased by: his parents, Don and Mickey. He is survived by: his children, Chai, Wyatt, Maverick, Aria, Aurora and Ariyah; his stepmother Cathy; his sisters, Donna and Melissa; and his nieces and nephews, Catelyn, Tara, Cassidy, Harley, Caleb, Caine and Caiden.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carl's name to Kicks for Kids, which helps less fortunate children with their necessities (including but not limited to shoes etc) and education!
