She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenwood F. Bittinger and Wilma L. Bittinger (Steyer); her husband Jonas E. McKenzie; and her stepchildren, Patricia Schroyer and James McKenzie.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Roderick (Janet) of Swanton, MD and Lisa Brenneman (Steve) of Oakland, MD; her stepdaughters, Theresa Smith (Dan) and Michele Carl of Oakland, MD; her grandchildren, Brian Roderick (Katy), Brad Roderick (Brandy), Britni Beitzel (Scott) and Shanna McFerren (Trey); her great grandchildren, Levi Roderick, Kylie Roderick, Hunter Roderick, Piper Beitzel and Cole Beitzel; and her sister Carolyn Helbig (Butch). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and step grandchildren.
