He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Kail and Laura A. Kail; and his brother Gerald D.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Nicole (Michael), Andrew (Christie), Tony, John (Raquel) and Candace (Travis); and his siblings, John P., Paul J., Catherine M., Christopher F., Laura A., Matthew J., Phillip A., James D., Monica C., Regina M., Victor H., Aleta R. and Steven E.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
