She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fortkamp and Mary Fortkamp (Homan); her husband Gene (Gene); her siblings, Rosemary May (Bud), Rita Zehringer (Jim), Cyril Fortkamp (Jean), Vincent Fortkamp (Jean), Henry Fortkamp (Arlene) and Ralph Fortkamp; her brothers-in-law, Dick Burden and Dick Poling; and her in-laws, Leo Steinke (Catherine), Albin Steinke (Pauline), Donnie Steinke (Martha), Martha Holthaus (Clem), Delores Schaub (Bernard) and Fredonia Staley (Marvin).
She is survived by: her children, Dale Steinke of Bradenton, Sharon Lautzenheiser (Dave) of Wapakoneta, Randy Steinke (Kelly) of Bradenton and Ernie Steinke (Barbie) of Wapakoneta; her siblings, Bernice Poling of Coldwater and Lavern Fortkamp (Elaine) of Dayton; and also Virginia Burden of Botkins, Ohio.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
