She was predeceased by: her parents, August Joos and Doris Joos (Pfingst); her husband John Michael Hawf; and her niece Kimberly Herbs. She is survived by: her sister Veronica Herbs (Joos); her nephew Joshua Herbs; her niece Rebecca Ott (Matthew); her great-nieces, Alexandra and Lucy Ott; her niece Patricia Herbs; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ocean Thomas, Sebastian and Malaki Slattery; her stepson John Michael Hawf (Melissa Vargas); and her grandchildren, Hillary and Mikeveli Hawf-Vargas.

In remembrance of Patricia Hawf's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Common Ground Church.
