She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida (Paul Fortunato) and NJ; her husband Vincent Guastella; and her brother Gary Fortunato. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Gurney (Roger), Stephen Guastella (Judi), Michael Guastella (Bill) and Stephanie Eaton (Adam); her siblings, Joseph Fortunato (Loretta), Paul Fortunato (Stephanie), Robert Fortunato (Mila) and Barbara Engelbrecht; her sister-in-law Carol Fortunato; her grandchildren, Daniel, Stephen, Addison, Aiden, Bridget and Eric; and her great grandchildren, Griffin, Ellie, Jacob, Kyle and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patricia's memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or a local Alzheimer's association, honoring her commitment to bettering the lives of others.
