It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W Zobel of Boynton Beach, Florida, born in Shortsville, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Zobel and Barbara Zobel (Larwood); his son Carl Zobel; and his sister Donna Swingle. He is survived by: his daughter Alexandra Zobel of Boynton Beach, FL; his girlfriend Kelley Maresca of Delray Beach, FL; his siblings, Ronald Zobel (Janet) of Okeechobee, FL, Karen Almekinder (Don) of Newark, NY and Linda Biehl (Michael) of Shortsville, NY; and his brother-in-law James Swingle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
