He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Goodstein and Belle Goodstein; and his son Alan Goodstein. He is survived by: his son Michael Goodstein; his stepdaughters, Lori and Karen Zuckerman; his sister Ruth Schwimer; and his grandchildren, Jonathan and Mirabelle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ASPCA and the Wounded Warrior Project, honoring Jack's love for animals and his dedication to service.
