He is survived by: his wife Karen Rosenthal; and his children, Harris Rosenthal (Maria), Slade Rosenthal (Cristina), Andrew Lattimer (Genevieve) and Melissa Smith (Patrick). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions on Gerald's honor be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
