He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Dinger, Erika Troetschel and Stefani Meece; his granddaughters, Miquela and Lily; his sister Sandra Josefowitz (Paul Josefowitz); his niece Kimberly Wieder (Howard Wieder); his great-nephew Matthew; his great-niece Alexandra; his nephew Christopher Josef; and his aunt Ida Tribastone.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Edward J. Dinger Jr.
