He was predeceased by: his father William (Jennie Smith). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Smith; his children, Erin (Charles Fasanati) and Nicholas Smith; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Eli, Emily and Matthew Fasanati. He is also survived by Nine nieces, nephews & spouses and fifteen great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Chapel Church (3190 Hypoluxo Rd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426).
