He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Adam (Keirsten) of Charlotte, NC, Tim (Tamara) of Olympia, WA, Jackie (Jeff) of Dallas, NC, Charlie (Amanda) and Katie (Nick) of Ft Lauderdale, FL; and his brother Charlie of New York. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
