It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Appelbaum of Boynton Beach, Florida, who passed away on October 18, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Saumel Mirkin and Gussie Mirkin. She is survived by: her husband William (Billy); her children, Paul Appelbaum (Lisa Hammer), Mitchell Appelbaum (Susan Laufer) and Lorie Hirson (Ron); her grandchildren, Brielle Appelbaum, Lauren Esses (Joshua), Jacob Appelbaum, Taylor Appelbaum, Megan Appelbaum, Noah Hirson and Ari Hirson; her great grandchild Aiden Esses; and her brother Stephen Mirkin (Laura).
