He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Tamm; his daughters, Kelly Beth Summer (Sandy) and Heidi Lynn Tamm; his stepson Michael Kane McCarthy; his brother Robert Paul Tamm; and his grandson Gavin.
