He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Forrester and Betty Forrester. He is survived by: his children, Dalton Ray Forrester of Bowling Green, FL, Ashley Manley (Andy) of Bowling Green, FL and Katlyn Boyette (Levi); and his siblings, Shane Forrester (Leslie) of Wauchula, FL, Donna Porter (Dale), Pam Davis (Mike) of Wauchula, FL and Holly Bryant (Billy) of Zolfo Springs, FL. He is also survived by 6 nephews and 6 nieces; and 5 great-nephews and 8 great-nieces, as well as one grandchild.
