She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Rucker and Minnie Rucker (Birge); her husband Alvin R. Adams; and her brothers, Coy Rucker and Houston Rucker.

She is survived by: her sons, Ted Adams (Sylvia) of Bowling Green, Donald Adams (Cindy) of Wauchula, Ricky Adams of Bartow and Kenny Adams (Patsy) of Wauchula. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
