He was predeceased by: his siblings, Francis Rutledge and Robert Jones. He is survived by: his sister Penny Jones Heggie; his wife Janice D; and his children, Dottie Brownlee (Ricky), Carrie Serra (Wayne) and Charles E. Jones Jr. (Maria). He is also survived by numerous grandkids and great grandkids.
