He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Sanders and Maude Bennett Sanders; his children, Steven Patrick Sanders and Donna Elizabeth Sanders; and his brother Phillip Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Nicholson Sanders; his daughter Jennifer Suzanne Sanders of Herndon, VA; his siblings, Max Sanders of Jackson Hole, AL, Margie Dison of Talladega, AL and Lou Neal Sanders of Talladega, AL; his grandchildren, Jessie Brooks (Michael) of Loxahatchee, FL and Melissa Sanders; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Jordan, Steven, Kobie, Kato and Annuni.
