He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Esquivel and Amelia Esquivel (Reyna). He is survived by: his sons, Carlos Esquivel Jr., Alexus Esquivel and Anthony Esquivel; and his siblings, Benito Esquivel Jr., Louis Esquivel, Davis Esquivel, Daniel Esquivel, Chevy Esquivel, Joe Esquivel, Richard Esquivel, Elida Benavides, Sylvia Alonzo and Mary Jane Gil. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
