She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Alvis Dickey and Gladys Dickey (Bryant); her stepfather Robert Ted Hinson; her brother Dr. H. Bryant Dickey; her former husband William Wood Ray; and also Ralph D. Springer.
She is survived by: her children, William Wood Ray, Jr., Robert Clarence Ray and Dr. Rebecca Celeste Ray; her grandchildren, Yancey William Ray, Mary Ray Myers, Anna Elizabeth Ray and Kimberly Lyn Ahrens; and her great grandchildren, Adalyn Myers, Will Myers, Wyatt Myer, Jackson Ray, Gracie Lynn, Faith Ahrens, Jarrod Reid Ray, Ari Parkin, Isla Parkin, Caleb William Ray and Silas Luther Ray.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southern Funeral Care and Cremation Services, Inc. (10510 Riverview Dr, Riverview, FL 33578). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Bowling Green Cemetery (4845 Bryan Ave, Bowling Green, FL 33834).
