He was predeceased by: his wife Doris May; his daughter Beverly McDonald; his parents, Grace May and Hamp May; his grandsons, Douglas Collins and Anthony Collins; his great grandchild Kali McCarthy; and his siblings, Ivan May and Christine Coulliette.
He is survived by: his daughter Anita; his son-in-law Kris Hancock of Bostwick; his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Arnold Coulliette of Bostwick; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Amanda McCarthy of Bostwick, Bryan, Maria Hancock of Bostwick, Renee, Brad Gray of Dawson, GA, Ashley and Michael Ponce of Palatka. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
