He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Hall. He is survived by: his children, Troy E. "Sam" Hall, Jr. (Connie) and Wendy Symonds; his siblings, Jerry Hall (Mary Linda), Ceretha Lord and Cathy Smith; and his grandchildren, Cheryl, Shelby (Josh), Wyatt and Alec (Tory). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
