He is survived by: his daughter Angela Marie Adkins (Tommy Don) of Bostwick; his stepson Greg Baggs of San Mateo; his sister Fannie Admire (Jerry) of Rentz, Georgia; his sister-in-law Annette Williams of Bostwick; his grandsons, Brian Ray Ratliff, Kevin Arthur Ratliff (Amanda) and Tommy Don "T. J." Adkins, Jr. (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Brystol Rae, Brian, Jr., Brandalyn, Grayson, Sawyer, Blake, Avery and Kevin, Jr..
