He is survived by: his girlfriend Cheryl O'Quinn of Hollister; his son Brett Register of Bostwick; his sister Patricia Gwinn of Orange Park; his grandchildren, Alicia Register, Dwayne Register, Bryce Register and Brylyn Register; his girlfriend's daughter Brande Gutierrez (Jason); his close friends, Tina Jackson of Hollister and Patricia Warf of Interlachen; and also, Elivia, Halie and Joseph Gutierrez.
