He was predeceased by: his parents, Lim Teck Suan and Uy Ay Tan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Lim of Bonita Springs, FL; his children, William Edward Lim (Frank Lewandowski) of Ypsilanti, MI, James Stephen Lim of Durham, NC and Cheryl Ronan (Sean Ronan) of Oviedo, FL; his grandchildren, Kiana Herrera and Osean Ronan; and his brother Jose Lim. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
