It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Frederick Jr. of Bonita Springs, Florida, born in Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Frederick and Wanda Frederick; and his siblings, Marcel (Sal), Gerald, Robert, Nicholas and Patricia Matejcek.
He is survived by: his brother Happy Chef Restaurants; his wife Sandra L. Frederick (Hockett); his children, William "Bill" Frederick III (Cindy) of Lakeville, MN, Laura Jortberg (Mike) of Glenview, IL and Jennifer Downing (Barry) of Seymour, IN; and his siblings, Thomas Frederick (Carol) of North Mankato, MN, Dr. Edward Frederick of Waseca, MN and Helen Dale of Waterville, MN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
