He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Sebring and Nora A. Sebring; and his wife Connie R. Sebring. He is survived by: his daughter Candice Sebring-Kelber (Harvey) of Bonita Springs; his granddaughter Cameron Kelber of Bonita Springs; his brother Richard Sebring (Barbara) of Vancouver, WA; and his sister-in-law Kate Ballew (Bob) of Casper, WY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
