He was predeceased by: his father A. Richard Gambino. He is survived by: his mother Marie Cesiano; his father-in-law Robert of Bonita Springs, FL; his siblings, Annmarie Gambino Thompson of Bonita Springs, FL, Laurence Gambino (Caryn) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Michael Gambino (Windy) of Seneca, SC.; and his nieces and nephews, Rhett Tyler Thompson, Nicole Marie Thompson, Danielle Donna Gambino and Anthony Michael Gambino.
