He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel and Josephine; his wife Joanne; his daughters, Samantha and Michelle; his significant other Cathy; his partner's child Catrina; and his son-in-law Jason.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), as it was one of Mike's favorite charities.
