With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martha (Lee) Casey Mehnert in Bonita Springs, Florida, born in Lakewood, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2024 at the age of 82. As Martha departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Martha may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Martha leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Casey and Margaret Casey. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Jennifer Nugent (Stephen), Thomas Mehnert, Jr. (Pernilla) and Margaret Head (Andrew); her grandchildren, Cooper, Davis Head, Emily and Annika Mehnert; and her sister Carolyn Schwartz (Harry).
