He is survived by: his children, Sandra Haldie (John) of Bonita Springs, FL, George Anthony (Cindy) of Orlando, FL, Kathy Eddy of Youngstown, OH and Ruth Polivka (Basil) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 14 great great grandchildren.
