He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin Tracy and Lois Arlene Colwell Tracy; and his sisters, Shirley Hammersmith and Joan Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Sue Jenkins Tracy; and his children, Tonette Havala (Michael), Robert Tracy (Elizabeth) and Thomas Tracy (Rachael). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
