He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Busa (Pollis); his parents, John Busa and Susie Busa (Sofia); his son Robert Busa of Rockland; his son-in-law Bill Tobin; and his brother Joseph Busa of Newton.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard J. Busa of Braintree, Mary Jean Tobin of Bonita Springs, FL, Luanne O'Connell of Framingham, Gerarda Martin (David) of Stoneham, Paul Busa (Julie) of Weymouth and Christine Griffin of Quincy; his daughter-in-law Sharon Busa of Rockland; his siblings, Robert Busa (Joan) of Waltham, Marie Koke of Pennsylvania, Charles Busa of Braintree, Placido "Rudy" Busa of Waltham and Daniel Busa of Belmont; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Amador (Jay) of California, Thomas O'Connell (Cristin) of Milton, Tom Tobin (Jamie) of Florida, Julianna Busa of Weymouth, Thomas B. Griffin of Milton, Emily Martin of Stoneham and Abigail Martin of Stoneham. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of John may be made to a charity of one's choice.
