She is survived by: her husband Gerald Evans; her children, Douglas Evans (Marjorie) of Avon, CT, Craig Evans (Nicole) of Lithia, FL and Laura Evans Nocera (Ricardo) of Littleton, MA.; her grandchildren, Samuel Evans, Stephanie Leah Evans, Rachel Evans and Allison Evans; and her great grandchild Ezra Check.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, that donations are made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
