He was predeceased by: his parents, Ura West and Delores West; his wife Phyllis Jeanne West (Lapides); and his siblings, Mary Jane Manty (West) and James West.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Win Jones (Julie), Elisabeth Jones Reed (Michael), Taylor West and Carly West; and his great grandchildren, Clara Jones, Madeline Reed and Jack Jones.
