He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred William and Margaret Mary Harkins (Coffey). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth L. "Betty" Harkins (Stamant); his siblings, Robert T. Harkins of Agawam, MA, Maureen Hoffman (Peter) of Agawam, MA and Catherine Belhumeur (George) of Agawam, MA; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Stamant Pittman of Naples, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
