He is survived by: his daughter Dani Buchanan Birg (Roman) of Kent, WA; his granddaughter Aurora Jade Birg; his brother George C. Buchanan (Nikki) of Greenville, SC; and his nephews, Dustin Todaro, Mitchell Buchanan, Blake Buchanan, Connor Buchanan and Thomas Wilke. He is also survived by 6 grandnieces and grandnephews.
