He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Palmer and Ruby T. Palmer (Bowen). He is survived by: his wife Kathy J. Palmer; his sons, Michael Miller of Bonita Springs, FL and Roddy Gamblin (Renée) of Bonita Springs, FL; his grandchildren, Mikey Miller, Justin Gamblin and Maria Blanchard; and his siblings, Donald Palmer (Laura) and Linda Manley (Troy) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Palmer Residence (3730 Quails Walk, Bonita Springs, FL 34134).
