Palmer; his sons, Michael Miller of Bonita Springs, FL and Roddy Gamblin (Renée) of Bonita Springs, FL; his grandchildren, Mikey Miller, Justin Gamblin and Maria Blanchard; and his siblings, Donald Palmer (Laura) and Linda Manley (Troy) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
